Conference Purpose

The Western Great Lakes Research Conference provides a forum for information and idea sharing between researchers and managers of national parks and other public lands throughout the Western Great Lakes area. This conference provides an opportunity for participants to share current research, monitoring, and management issues affecting parks and protected areas.

The 2009 Conference will be held at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center in Ashland, Wisconsin. We will begin 1:00p, Wednesday, April 1 and end at 5:00p, Thursday, April 2, 2009. Register to attend the conference
