Project Abstract: The National Park Service is working collaboratively with Michigan State University to produce: 1) an interactive STELLA model of the wildlife disease management system, 2) a manuscript on the wildlife disease management system co-authored with NPS staff suitable for publication in a peer reviewed journal, 3) the framework for a contingency plan for invasive species and diseases in the National Park System. Findings will be applied to inform NPS decision-making. The product of this task agreement is to build an interactive computer based model of the decision tool.
